A little bit about me
Life has been a quite exciting journey filled with challenges, satisfactions, smiles, and tears. Although sometimes it has been a tough road, the good moments far exceed the not so good ones.
I am a father of two wonderful girls, a husband a lover of big fat motorcycles (a biker!!). I believe in Life and our power within to achieve what we really want and, most importantly, I believe in God.
I am an engineer and businessman fortunate enough to have worked with small companies as well as global corporations such as Allen-Bradley, Reliance Electric, Rockwell Automation, ABB, Yaskawa; in a variety of positions going from technical support and design engineer to sales and marketing; from office assistant to regional director; from driving a car to distribute liquors to pay my college studies, to being in charge of multimillion dollar projects.
Over my years of experience working with people in multiple countries doing multiple things around the world, I had the opportunity to walk the talk.
I pride myself to exercise the use of common sense, observe and listen to learn, to think and then make decisions.
I have engaged with more than 3,000 people of all levels and responsibilities being a salesman, a technician, a manager and a friend for many.

Working with people means more than just dealing with the main purpose of the relationship, it is about recognizing we are humans with feelings and goals, ideas, fears that affect our behavior and performance.
For years, I had the responsibility to coach and train teams to help them achieve their goals, teach technical matters, how to work together, engage towards a common goal; overcome barriers, motivate persons to achieve their maximum potential.
